10-26 Jersey Avenue was built by Midlantic Bank as a processing center in the early 1980s. After Midlantic Bank was acquired, operations ceased.
Nassau Development VII, L.L.C., an affiliate of A&B Construction & Maintenance Co., L.L.C., purchased 10-26 Jersey Avenue in 1999.
In 2003, Nassau Development VII, L.L.C. built 160 Durham Avenue which contains 12 apartments.
