Market Place II Mall is a 50,000 square foot retail neighborhood shopping center with an outlet focus located in Old Bridge, New Jersey, although it has a Matawan mailing address (navigation systems will show the property as being in Matawan). The shopping center was built in the early-1980s by the late Richard Goldberger and the late Isadore Moore along with other similarly named shopping centers throughout the region.
Old Bridge Market Place II, L.L.C., an affiliate of U.S. Real Estate Acquisitions, L.L.C., purchased the building in 2000.

The shopping center is right on busy Route 34, a quarter mile South of Park Plaza Mall and Big Eds BBQ. It is a little over 2 miles South of Route 9. There is also easy access from the Garden State Parkway.
