410 Main Street, Metuchen, NJ
HEART OF DOWNTOWN METUCHEN
410 Main Street was built in the 1920s. Prior to becoming What's the Scoop, the building was Seldow's office supply store.
Phoenix 410 Main Street, L.L.C., an affiliate of A&B Construction & Maintenance, L.L.C., acquired the building in 2009.
The building is occupied entirely by What's the Scoop ice cream and pizza shop.
The building is just steps from the Metuchen train station with easy access North to New York City and Newark, and South to Princeton and Trenton. There is also easy access to the Garden State Parkway, NJ Turnpike, Route 287 and Route 1.
What's the Scoop is in the heart of Downtown Metuchen with stores, restaurants, pubs, hair salons, dry cleaners, fitness studios and nail salons.
