10-26 Jersey Avenue was built by Midlantic bank as a processing center in the early 1980s. After Midlantic Bank was acquired, operations ceased.

The building has abundant parking. There is easy access to the Garden State Parkway, NJ Turnpike, Route 287 and Route 1.
